Hmmm. So NOW you need a favor.

Why do people think that this is no longer important? Why is it a superintendent can tell a sub to proceed despite being warned of potential problems? It’s understandable if a schedule takes priority over something that will need to be re-engineered but when it comes time to fix the problem the super pretends he had no knowledge and tries to push to problem straight out to the sub.

The same GC promised at least 50% payment on work performed 5 months prior after receiving payment from the owner only to renege on that promise. Honesty, integrity still mean something and the Gendex has been created exactly for these reasons and many more.
