At what point should I lien? At what point should I disrupt a GC/Owner relationship? At what point should I resent so much money being loaned via my company to the detriment of my company and its employees before I just go straight to the banks, HUD, state bond funds etc. and blow the whistle on financial improprieties. That said Mr. Trumpet gets by just fine by stiffing his sub contractors so I guess I shouldn’t really expect anything different.
