Poker hand. Don’t ever assume you don’t have a hand worth playing. Money for a lawsuit is not the only card a sub can play. More than likely you have information that the GC doesn’t want to goto the owner. Goto the owner with or without the GC and get your COs finalized. Compromise is absolutely necessary in any business but don’t let yourself cross over from compromise to being the victim of thievery.
