It is extremely unfortunate that I had to learn about this today and yet today is my lucky day. If GCs would simply be fair, reasonable, sensible I would never have had to learn about this case. That is the unfortunate part. 2018 was the absolute worst in terms of treatment from some GCs.

That said…READ THIS. It is EXTREMELY important to do so. Bottom line. If the owner/architect/engineer issue faulty plans or specs ultimately it is the owner’s fault. I didn’t think I would have to sue a city but apparently if the plans are faulty it is on them.
